• Operational data — grease events, tag reads, device diagnostics for customers running the Prometheus system under contract.

To respond to inbound inquiries, deliver the product, improve reliability, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Shared only with infrastructure providers we rely on (hosting, analytics, email) under standard data-processing terms, or where required by law.
